Are Drag boards real time?
If your board is a Shared Inbox or your personal inbox, emails will load in real time, always on the top of the first column.
Does Drag work in other browsers besides Chrome?
No, we only work on Google Chrome. Since we're a Google Chrome Extension, Drag only works on the Chrome browser. Drag on Google Chrome browser
Does Drag have a mobile app?
Standalone Mobile App You can access our standalone mobile app by sending an email to email@example.com, informing your Operating System and the email address linked to your Google (for Android) or Apple ID (for iOS) accounts. The mobile app is currently under closed beta, for both Android and iOS. We typically provide access within 24 hours of request.
