Yes, you can enable or disable Drag across different accounts.

This is common when users wish to use Drag for their business email, but not in their personal email addresses, for example, or vice-versa.

Enabling or disabling Drag is very easy. Once the extension is installed:
Log in to the account you want to enable or disable Drag.
Click on our menu button on the top right.
Click on the grey option "Enable/disable Drag on emailaddress@company.com".
