The Drag Card View is broken down into tabs. Each tab contains information in different formats. To switch between tabs, simply click on their respective names.
Below is a quick explanation of what each tab consists of:
Detail tabs only exists in cards that contain emails. It shows the content of the email conversation within a specific card. If the card you're looking into is merged to other cards, you will be able to access the content of the other merged cards on the Related tab.
By default, the title of an email card will be the original email subject. But you can rename cards, to any name you want.
Inside this tab, you can perform typical email actions such as archive, deleted, mark as read/unread, star/unstar, reply, reply all or forward. You can also reply as a shared inbox, Google Group or another team member's email address, if the required set up is in place.
You can also build a checklist around a specific card using the task tab. To do it:
Click on the task tab.
Write the subtask you want to add in the input box on the top.
Hit enter on the keyboard.
To mark a subtask as complete, check the checkbox next to the subtask name.
You can also edit or delete a subtask by clicking on the respective pen and bin icons, respectively, on the right side next to each task.
From the card view, you can also view the number of complete subtasks next to Tasks tab title, followed by the total number of subtasks (for example, 2/3 means 2 tasks out of 3 have been completed).

The Files tab allows you to upload or download any files that are related to the card in question. For example, if your card represents a deal that you are about to close with a customer, you might want to upload a contract template or a proposal previously sent to that customer. This way, other team members working on the same deal can have quick access to important files within the context of that specific deal.
