Sometimes, you may want to refer to certain documents or files while working on emails or tasks. For example, uploading a video recording from a customer in a manually-created task card, so that your Support team can quickly understand what is going on.

Files appear in the "Files" tab in the card detail. At the moment, you can only upload files from the Chrome Extension, not from the mobile app.

How do I upload files to card?

It is very easy to upload files to Drag cards. First, click on the card where you want to upload the files, then click on the tab "Files".

You will have 2 different options to upload your files:

Drag and drop: Simply drag and drop a file from your computer into the Files area.
Browse from your computer: Browse files in your computer and select the one(s) you wish to upload within the Drag card.

Files uploaded from your computer create an actual copy within Drag. Note the current limit for files to be uploaded is 10 MB.

Who has access to uploaded files?

Only your board members have access to uploaded files. Team members that are not part of that board and other external agents such as the email sender do not have access to the files you upload on Drag boards.

How do I download uploaded files?

You can download the files you uploaded into Drag at any time. To do that:

Select the checkbox (on the top left of each file when you hover them) of all files you wish to download.

On the top bar, select the "Download" button.

How do I delete uploaded files?

To delete files from a Drag card:

Select the checkbox (on the top left of each file when you hover them) of all files you wish to download.

On the top bar, select the "Delete" button.
