How to use user roles and permissions
Users can be assigned roles which imply the actions that they are allowed to perform in Drag.
User roles and permissions are included in the Plus and Pro plans.
There are four pre-defined roles available by default.
Super admin: This role allows the super admin to have complete access to everything inside Drag, including email sequences, automations, reports, billing and integrations. There is only 1 Super Admin per team subscription.
Account admin: Accounts admins have the same powers as Super Admins, however, they cannot map other users as Account Admins.
Board admin: Board admins can create and manage shared boards, including board tags, members, board configurations, custom fields, delete conversations or mark them as spam, across all boards that theyβre part of.
Member: Members can manage and respond to conversations and have access to basic functionality on boards such as reply, forward, assign or drag and drop.

Drag also supports the creation of custom roles from 30+ different permissions. Click here to learn more about it.
To map users to different roles, you need to have an active subscription with Drag. To do that:
Click on the Drag icon on the top right to open your admin panel.
Click on "Users and Roles" > "Users" to view the list of existing users in your subscription.
Click on the pen icon next to the user you wish to assign a role.
Select the role you wish to assign to that user and click on "Save changes".

How to assign roles
To map users to different roles, you need to have an active subscription with Drag. To do that:
Click on the Drag icon on the top right to open your admin panel.
Click on "Users and Roles" > "Users" to view the list of existing users in your subscription.
Click on the pen icon next to the user you wish to assign a role.
Select the role you wish to assign to that user and click on "Save changes".
