You can customize Drag columns in a way that makes sense for you and your team workflows.

Rename columns

1. Click on the column title to be changed.
2. Type the new column title.
3. Hit enter or click outside the input box.

Resize columns

1. Hover your cursor on the right edge of a column.
2. Click on the arrow icon that will appear.
3. Click and drag the arrow to adjust column width.

Collapse columns

1. Click on the 3-dot button next to the '+' button.
2. Select "Collapse column".
3. To expand the column back to its original width, follow step 1 and select "Expand column".

Reorder columns

1. Hover the blank area next to the column title.
2. Click on the cursor and hold it.
3. Drag and drop columns to your preferred order.

Delete columns

By default, you cannot have less than 3 columns in a board. That means you can only delete the 4th column onwards. To delete a column:

1. Go to top right of the column.
2. Click on 3-dot button.
3. Select delete column (this action cannot be undone).

What happens to cards when I delete a column?

In Gmail, nothing is going to happen with your emails. They will stay where they were, how they were.

In Drag, they will behave as they were archived. They won't be displayed on your boards anymore, however, will still be searchable if you check the 'include archived' checkbox in your search.
