How do I use analytics and reports?

Drag allows you to track analytics and generate reports across all boards, to see how you and your team are performing.

To see the reports, click on the Drag menu button on the top right of your screen and select "Reports".

How it works

The Drag reports consist in 4 categories, which you can find on the left side of your screen next to main menu:

Cards: Where you can visualize the volume of cards that were created or were active within a period of time, on each board or group of boards, for each team member or group of team members.
Activity: where you can get insights on key activities done on boards (eg. average response time).
Tags (coming soon): Where you can run analysis on each tag or group of tags across boards and/or team members.
Users (coming soon): Where you can run performance reports (eg. emails sent, average response time) across team members or group of team members.

Filters

Across any category, you can filter reports using the filters located above the main chart.

For example, the Cards category can be filtered by boards and by users (below):

Summary, tabs and calendar

The main metrics in each tab are located on the left side of the date selection, followed by the trend and % change compared to the previous period.

For example, the image above shows that for the 8-day period between 07/08/2023 - 14/08/2023, board and user selected, there were 352 active emails and 2 active task cards, with variation of +16% and 0% respectively. This means that for the previous 8-day period (ie. 30/07/2023 - 06/08/2023), there were the same number of task cards and 16% less emails (ie. 302 emails).

Bar chart

Each reports category also features a bar chart, which shows the breakdown of activity along time:

Details table

Below the bar chart, you will find a table with all the cards included in the filters and dates you select:

Download

You can download reports from any category by clicking on the red "Download" button on the top right of the Reports tab, and the .csv file will be downloaded to your computer.

The Cards Category shows the volume of active or new cards on a particular board or set of boards. You can filter them by boards or by users.

The Details Table in the Cards Category consists of:
