How do I use analytics and reports?
Drag allows you to track analytics and generate reports across all boards, to see how you and your team are performing.
To see the reports, click on the Drag menu button on the top right of your screen and select "Reports".
The Drag reports consist in 4 categories, which you can find on the left side of your screen next to main menu:
Cards: Where you can visualize the volume of cards that were created or were active within a period of time, on each board or group of boards, for each team member or group of team members.
Users: Where you can run performance reports (eg. emails sent, average response time) across team members or group of team members.
Activity: where you can get insights on key activities done on boards (eg. average response time).
Tags: Where you can run analysis on each tag or group of tags across boards and/or team members.
Reports display historical data up to the day before the generation date. For instance, reports generated on Wednesday will only include data up to Tuesday.
Across any category, you can filter reports using the filters located above the main chart.
For example, the Cards category can be filtered by boards and by users:
Each category contains multiple tabs, which in turn display more detailed information about that topic. For example, the category "Users" has 4 tabs: "Assigned", "Emails Sent", "First Response Time" and "Avg Response Time". Each of these tabs contains different types of information, all focused on Users work load and performance.
The summary metrics in each tab are located on the left side of the date selection, followed by the trend and % change compared to the previous period.
For example, the image above shows that for the 8-day period between 14/11/2023 - 21/11/2023, in the selected board, there were 330 new emails and 5 new task cards, with variation of -5% and +25%, respectively. This means that for the previous 8-day period (ie. 06/11/2023 - 13/11/2023), there were 5% more emails (ie. 346 emails) and 25% less tasks (ie. 4 tasks).
Each reports category also features a bar chart, which shows the breakdown of activity along time:
Below the bar chart, you will find a table with all the cards included in the filters and dates you select:
You can download reports from any category by clicking on the red "Download" button on the top right of the Reports tab, and the .csv file will be downloaded to your computer.

The Cards Category shows the volume of activity of each team member, as well as their performance in terms of response times. You can filter them by boards or by users.
It consists of 4 tabs:
Assigned: The number of cards assigned to each team member. Team members may or may not be the current assignee of those cards.
Emails Sent: The number of emails sent by each team member. It includes new outbound emails sent from the board ("compose as") and replies to existing conversation, including replies on behalf of a shared inbox or other team members ("reply as").
