How do I install the Drag Chrome extension?

Drag has a very simple installation process.

2. Click the blue ‘Add to Chrome’ button in the top right corner. After installation.
Your Gmail tab will automatically load with a “Welcome to Drag” popup.



4. Click "I'm ready" if you want to enable Dragging on your existing Gmail account, or select "Don't enable Dragging". You can enable/disable dragging at any time.

Note: You can have Drag installed on specific Gmail accounts and not install it on other accounts. See how.

Select the account you want to install Drag on.
A pop-up will automatically load asking for the necessary permissions for your account that Drag needs to function properly ( here's why we need them). Read and accept the permissions by scrolling down and clicking 'Allow''.

How can I confirm if I have Drag installed?

You'll know you have Drag installed when you see:

A menu drag button in the top right corner, next to the Gmail search bar:



2. The View Today, Assigned to Me, and Drag Boards sessions on the left side, in the Drafts folder:


3. A toggle button in the top right corner to enable/disable drag view in your main inbox:

I see the menu button but don't see dragging frames or a toggle button in Gmail?

4. If you can see the menu button in the top right corner but don't have the drag panes or toggle button, Drag may be installed but disabled in your account.

To check this:

Click the menu button.
Go to Advanced > Activation Settings.
Make sure the "Enable drag" toggle is turned on.
