Drag doesn't load or is broken
It's not expected behavior, but if somehow Drag doesn't load properly, follow these steps:
- In your Gmail menu, select Account, then go to Security
- Find the section Third-party apps with account access and click on Manage third-party access. Then click on Drag and Remove access.
- On your browser, click on the three dots menu, find More Tools and then select Clear browsing data
- Make sure to select the options Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. The time range must be All time. Then press Clear data.
- Refresh your Gmail tab. Drag should work fine again.
