Drag doesn't load or is broken
It's not expected behavior, but if somehow Drag doesn't load properly, follow these steps:
In your Gmail menu, select Account, then go to Security
Find the section Third-party apps with account access and click on Manage third-party access. Then click on Drag and Remove access.
On your browser, click on the three dots menu, find More Tools and then select Clear browsing data
Make sure to select the options Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. The time range must be All time. Then press Clear data.
Refresh your Gmail tab. Drag should work fine again.
