How do I manage users in my subscription?
Read this article to learn about:
- Adding users to your subscription.
- Switching users (transferring Drag seats).
- Removing users from your subscription.
Click on our menu on the top right.
Select Users and roles. You will see the list of existing users in your subscription and the plan in which your team is.
Note this only applies to users who already have a paid subscription with us. If you are on a trial or free plan and just wants to add new users to your existing Drag boards, follow these instructions instead.
Click on Add new user.
Use the +/- buttons to select the total number of seats you want in your subscription.
Type the email addresses of the users you wish to add in your subscription (or upload list from .csv file).
(Optional) If you wish to switch plans, use the radio button on the top to select a new plan.
(Optional) If you wish to change your billing frequency, choose the tab Monthly / Yearly on the right-side widget.
(Optional) If you have a coupon code, type it in the required field and click Apply.
Click on Buy Now.
You might want to transfer licences in your subscription between different users, in cases such as changes in your team composition. That's not a problem, you can transfer Drag licences between users at any time.
Note you can only switch users up to 3 times a year per seat.
Note only Drag admins can switch users.

Click on the pen icon next to the user you wish to be replaced and select Switch user.
Enter the email address of the new user and confirm.
If you need help removing a user from your subscription, please provide the email addresses of the users to be removed to our team by live chat or email (support@dragapp.com) and we will process the changes for you as soon as possible.
