You can quickly narrow down to the most relevant cards in your Drag boards in a few clicks with our filter feature.
You can filter Drag boards across up to 10 dimensions:
Email senders (in case of email cards).
Email recipients (in case of email cards).
Title of the card, being it the subject of an email or just the title of a manually added task.
Filter by status (ie. unread/read, draft, sent, archived, snoozed). You can select multiple statuses.
You can also filter boards by shared tags. You can select multiple tags.
You can quickly see only the cards assigned to you (or to anyone else!) within a board. You can select multiple assignees.
Date range in which the card was received (if an email) or created (if a manually created card).
Date range in which the card is due.
Filter only cards that contain subtasks.
Filter only cards that contain notes.
To filter your boards:
Go to the board you want to filter.
Click on the filter icon on the top right of your screen:
Select the fields you want to filter and / or type the keyword to be filtered.
Click on "Search".
That's it, your board will be filtered by the dimensions you have selected.
To remove a filter, close the red 'Filter X' tag that will appear on the top right of the board when a filter is applied.
You can easily access recently used filters on the top of your search popup. Just click on them to quickly re-apply them.
